Patsky International Development Co., Ltd. has over forty years of history to produce pressure containers and specially provides energy chemical equipment. Products include chemical, fertilizer and petrochemical pressure containers, equipment of CNG station, turn-key projects, and cylinders for vehicles. Our company has ability to produce 30 thousand tons of pressure containers, 180 thousand cylinders of vehicles and 200 benches of equipment of CNG stations per year. The CNG station can independently develop and make key equipment as follows: L-type natural gas compressor, D-type natural gas compressor, secondary fueling station compressor, high pressure dehydration unit, desulfurization unit, and storing gas system. We can provide the turn-key project of CNG station. Our company has already become the first specialized manufacturer of CNG equipment and one of the biggest manufacturers of CNG cylinder in China.
Our steel cylinders for vehicles have various specifications and types. The outer diameter of liners includes 232mm, 267mm, 279mm, 325mm, 356mm, 406mm;and other dimensions. The water capacity of cylinders includes 40L, 45L, 50L, 60L, 65L, 70L, 80L, 90L, 100L, 110L, 120L, 130L;Working Pressure: 200 Bar ; Test Pressure: 300 Bar; Bursting pressure ?min 500 Bar; Designed lifetime: 15 year; Material of liner: 30CrMo; and other specifications.These products are designed for buses, cars and for a wide range of various Natural Gas Vehicle applications with good low temperature toughness, fatigue resistance, low weight, high safety, etc..
Our products are always designed according to the National Technical Standard. The products are then manufactured according to stringent production standard and quality assurance processes to ensure on-time delivery. All our equipment exported are examined and qualified by SGS. In June, 2007, we were awarded certificate ISO 9001:2000.
Our CNG compressor has already been produced in batches and exported to Pakistan, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and other Southeast Asian and Mid-Asian countries. All our equipment are enjoying good assessment and reputation award by our clients.
